The property is not new but still reasonably priced. Management does care. The manager is good too. Give them a chance. They get work orders done and problems solved as quickly as possible.

The title says it all. This place is disgusting and not well maintained. Eventually management will fix something after you go to the office 4 or 5 times and complain.

I just moved to Pine Terrace and I was very happy when they gave me the option to choose wood vinyl instead of carpet. I told them that I was highly allergic to carpet. They had a unit with wood vinyl and I was able to rent it. I like the fact that the people in the office were willing to go one step higher. I really appreciate this. I really like my apartment.

Living here has been great! I have really saved a lot of money. They have great rental prices. I am currently in school and the location is very convenient. I have made many friends from different parts of the world who stay here and go to different schools . If you like good prices and friendly people, this is the place to be.

Rent is cheap, which is great, and apartment seemed fine until we realized there are roaches living in the walls and we moved into an already infested unit. In the bathroom, bedroom, kitchen... Outrageous. This problem was not disclosed, which means management wasn't/isn't doing anything about it and with the number we have seen this is definitely not a new problem. I'm betting the tenants before us broke lease when nothing was done and we were the next suckers who moved in. Who knows how long ...

I wanted to get the word out there about this place. I go to Rice University and it is very convenient. I have enjoyed the nice atmosphere and the friendly office staff. They are always helpful when I need something done for my apartment. If you are looking for good rental prices, this is the community to go to.
