Rat and cockroach infested

Beautiful Unit
June 10, 2018I just moved to Pine Terrace and I was very happy when they gave me the option to choose wood vinyl instead of carpet. I told them that I was highly allergic to carpet. They had a unit with wood vinyl and I was able to rent it. I like the fact that the people in the office were willing to go one step higher. I really appreciate this. Great Place
June 9, 2018Living here has been great! I have really saved a lot of money. They have great rental prices. I am currently in school and the location is very convenient. You get what you pay for
March 5, 2018Rent is cheap, which is great, and apartment seemed fine until we realized there are roaches living in the walls and we moved into an already infested unit. In the bathroom, bedroom, kitchen... Outrageous. This problem was not disclosed, which means management wasn't/isn't doing anything about it and with the number we have seen this is definitely not a new problem. I'm betting the tenants before us broke lease when nothing was done and we were the next suckers who moved in. Who knows how long ...this has been going on.Property Manager Responded

Happy student
July 18, 2017I wanted to get the word out there about this place. I go to Rice University and it is very convenient. I have enjoyed the nice atmosphere and the friendly office staff.
