Not bad, but not great either..apartments are old. neighbors can be nosy and rudte. One of our neighbors threatened to call the police to get my roommate to stop parking in "his spot." just petty garbage like that.

They used to be good when they were Camden. Since the new management took over it has been bad. The employees are new and not very knowledgeable. The apartments are from the 70's and falling apart. Don't let the renovated ones fool you, it's just a fresh coat of paint covering unlimited flaws. I have to call maintenance almost every day. They will be building new apartments to replace the old junk they have soon and you must be ready to face some pretty bad traffic on Providence Rd. And they are ...

not very open about the rezoning, so do some research. They have to fix the water pipes very frequently, which makes the residents have no water for the entire day. They are pet friendly for a very hefty fee. And the price is good for the area, but overpriced for being such old buildings. Pool is awesome though!

Dont know wether to stay or go! Rezoning? No one knows either. They try .. Really they do.. But no online rent pay, maintenance.. Ahh not so great the first time around.. Or the second.. Or the third. But the rent is reasonable and the complex is pet and kid friendly.
