December 8, 2022Our AC broke (for the second time!) almost 7 weeks ago. We gave immediate notice, but management continues to drag their feet on resolving the issue. The constant extreme humidity is causing us concerns about the development of mold, and my livelihood depends on sensitive equipment that is in increasing danger of permanent destruction with continued exposure to these conditions. Additionally, due to the layout of the building, our apartment is consistently 20+ degrees warmer inside than it is ...outside (as I type this, the temperature measured at 82 degrees at 1am with it 60 degrees outside), despite all attempts to cool the apartment with fans (which, considering the aforementioned humidity issues, is a far below optimal solution). This, in addition to a multitude of other issues (persisting pest problems, including most notably an abundance of roaches, broken drawers, and doors that will neither open nor close completely, and others--all of which management has been notified and aware of for quite some time). The "emergency" maintenance number redirects to the regular office number--which is closed on weekends (an inability to contact emergency maintenance was an issue the FIRST time our AC broke, in the dead of summer with temperatures in excess of 90 degrees in the apartment even at night, and we were without cooling for an entire weekend and most of the following Monday). All things considered, my roommate and I have shown an exceptional amount of patience in the lack of adequate response to these issues, but the fact is that these conditions are completely unacceptable.Property Manager Responded

Found a great place to call home
October 23, 2022Meg the manager is the kindest property manager I’ve ever met. She has been so helpful through the whole process. The space is nice and the complex is making improvements still. All the neighbors I’ve met are very kind! Bobby in maintenance has been so helpful and kind. Keeping me updated on things he is fixing and when he is coming. Beautiful changes!
August 22, 2022Pines on Wendover is a great place to live. Recently they have come under new management and the changes I've seen are drastic and for the better. Last week the property manager Meg even had an event in which she gave out school supplies and also free food. I've never lived at a place where they showed us treatment like this. Horrible management
November 28, 2020Website says its a “certified smoke free community” but I’ve been here for three years and a neighbor has started chain smoking indoors filling my apartment with smoke all day and night. I’ve asked them multiple times to address the issue and I am still waiting for a resolution. My eyes burn, my throat burns, my nose itches constantly, my clothes smell like smoke, and there’s nothing I can do to get rid of the smoke haze other than wait for them to stop smoking. Even when they’re not smoking the ...air is stale with smoke. My lease is for another year and I am extremely frustrated.
