Every one of these current and former residents are telling the correct truth. I've been here 7 years and the rent steadily increases. Now because Norland has purchased property, the tenants have been forced to pay utilities which is divided from total usauge of the building leaving single residents to pay a whopping utility bill. The unit I'm in hasn't been updated old cabinets, outdated 80's appliances, old dyed carpet, old broken windows, painted tub and painted tile, vinyl old squares, old ...
light fixtures...amongst that a staff that has a turnover and repairmen that don't care. No pest control service ur billed for every month. Starting to become home of assisted people!

Lived here for 3 years and becoming increasingly disappointed. The staff doesn't care when a maintenance request is made they will take their time to get it fixed or you have to call them back 2-3 times to get it done right. Yes, they are doing a lot of changes with the paint, and replacing some of the windows, but they don't notify you when your buildings being painted, or your sidewalks are going to be done comma and if they do notify you it's usually with less than 24 hours notice. I'm also ...
very disappointed to hear that my privacy fence off of my patio is going to be torn down and they are not replacing it. So I'll be losing a significant amount of square footage outside not to mention that my patio view will now be the parking lot. Needless to say I plan on moving as soon as possible.
An additional note you have to pay for your own water, sewer, trash,(many places include this in rent) and Bug maintenance however unless you call the office to request to have the exterminator spray your apartment every single week the week before the bug guys supposed to come it won't get done and your apartment gets skipped.

Apartment was nice for what I needed the units are not updated , very old cabinets
The bathroom floor in my unit was painted with regular paint and it was sticky
Also the kitchen counters were not finished they just painted it with paint and it wasn't a very good paint job either .
The mailboxes are fallen apart and the lauded room is not good either
For the increase in rent they wanted to charge I would not stay there

To begin with,our apartment is full of roaches. Needs an update badly! Most of the windows here are so old that we had to put duct tape on them.the problem is since we been here management has promise us to update the apartment and never did! And worst of all each year they add on more to the rent! With that being said it would be a blessing to have free rent!!!!

The management is not helpful. The maintaince team does not come out to repair issues in the apartments. Tou can never get a live person on the phone. Tour messages never recieve follow ups.
