These apartments could be amazing if maintenance and management were better. I have not had working AC in my room since I moved in which was 2020 (when I signed my lease I was guaranteed AC in my room. Property managements only resolution was to "leave doors open"). Only place that received AC is one bedroom and the living room. Small maintenance requests are the only requests ever taken seriously as opposed to the maintenance requests that are BIG issues. Not to mention they have an attitude ...
with you as if its your fault when you end up having to call/email multiple times because nothing is being done about the issues.

Moved in March 2021 its now July and my air conditioning is STILL BROKEN! My dishwasher has flooded ruining the wood floor, my screen has been ripped by neighbors pets that they won’t put on a leash. Dogs constantly barking, loud parties to late in the night. Police were here 3 times last week due to fights in the courtyard and I 100% regret moving into this nightmare.

These apartments are excellent to live in. The apartment themselves are nice, clean and up to date. Great layout and location as well, love the surrounding neighborhood. But what makes Bourgmont apartments the best place I've rented is that the management was very helpful and responsive anytime I had a maintenance call or question about my lease.

I lived at Plaza La Belle for 2 years and had to move because of work. The maintenance team responded quickly, the property manager was incredibly nice and the units themselves were amazing. 10/10 would recommend living here!

Plaza La Belle is the best! Our apartment had been recently renovated prior to our move-in with all new flooring and paint! The maintenance team is also awesome, they've been prompt in fulfilling our maintenance requests.
