YIKES
September 30, 2019Noise so bad you couldn’t pay me to live there again. Looking for Privacy? Search elsewhere! Looks nice inside but the old creaky floors & lack of insulation just didn’t do it for us. There is no security, poor safety measures, and a horribly unappealing parking setup. My girlfriend’s car was repeatedly damaged from poor drivers/parking when she returned on weekends from business trips. Slow or Unresponsive management and lack of accountability.Review from Apartments.com
Beware
October 18, 2018Noise level is awful. You can hear everything your neighbors are doing. We Let management know of the people in the building that throw outrageous parties every weekend and nothing is done about it. Multiple times I’ve been kept up till 4 am because the music and party is so loud, it’s as if I was at the party myself. Until they properly insulate the building don’t bother moving in. The rent is too high to be dealing with stuff like that. Go somewhere else and get your monies worth.Review from Apartments.com
Caution
February 24, 2018These apartment have been recently updated, however the noise levels from neighbors are off the charts. From sneezes to stomps. It seems someone dropped the ball with insulation in this place. The modern updates are completely negated by how clearly I can hear people above, below, and to the side of my place. The apartment below me is currently having a rager, and it’s as if I’m there myself. Management has been made aware, however the noise continues. You would probably only enjoy living here if ...you are hard of hearing. Moving out as soon as the lease is up.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Good location- decent prices
July 21, 2015Location is good for the price. Kitchen appliances are a little outdated and there isn't a dishwasher. There are also cockroaches. They have been treating the apartments regularly but they are hard to get rid of completely.Review from Apartments.com
