worst experience of my life was living here. overcharged rent that jumped $400 over the span of 3 years. they trap you in a 3 year long lease agreement if your initial lease is for 12 months that they fail to tell you about. nobody answers the phone, email, or text messages but oh boy will they reply if you are late by an hour on rent! this place is INFESTED with bed bugs. and if you want to reach out to them to treat it good luck getting a reply! maintenance is absolutely useless and can't even ...
snake a drain right, so your sink will overflow. oh and if you ever get a complaint, don't worry! they'll wait until they pile 20 on you to threaten you with eviction instead of telling you when the first complaint was filed. they let people who fight in the hallways, have CPS called every other weekend, and drug addicts live here. but it you have too many animals? see ya! people steal packages, you have the cops called every other day because people are fighting, people have dogs and fail to clean up any poop ever, and people LOVE to stand in front of your window at night laughing, screaming, and talking loud as can be so long as you live on the first floor. you'll never get your deposit back and you'll get charged for absolutely anything even if your place is spotless. i wouldn't doubt that they don't ever replace the carpets so long as they look good enough for the next person that they scam. oh and don't worry, if you schedule a tour they'll totally forget that you ever have one, and they won't return a single call or email :) good luck getting out of this place if you get trapped, it's always got available units for a reason. STAY AWAY!!!!
