awful
March 14, 2022I have not noticed any rats near the house or dumpsters, In my house I noticed a roach which is completely unacceptable. I am a very clean person I have had 2 plumbing issues since I’ve been there. Apparently the kitchen sinks drain is connected to my neighbors sink. I was out of town for a few days and when I came back the sink was fully backed up from muck from the neighbors. This situation was fixed as soon as I reported it. Emergency plumbers came to my house and fixed it (They had to ...snake it from my neighbors house). The second plumbing issue was that my sink upstairs trap failed and I couldn’t use the sink without copious amounts of what spilling. When I reported it to management, they told me this was a NON EMERGENCY ISSUE and that I needed to brush my teeth, shave and other things in the kitchen sink. 1 word, UNACCEPTABLE!!!!! After complaining several times, they came out and fixed it several days later. The shower wall tile IS PEELING!!!! Whoever did the reglaze job needs to be retrained. The tile is cracking and I am unable to actually clean the shower wall because it is cracking. I have reported this to management as well but there as been no developments as of yet. This is pretty unacceptable and not to mention filthy as well. Throughout the house there are holes in the wall. You can see where it was attempted to be repaired but they did a terrible job. My bathroom vent fan started making noises and it was making grinding noises. I called management and complained and they said it was a non emergency issue and that they had wouldn’t be out immediately due to “covid” . THEN I told them that it could possibly start a fire due to the motor being seized (im a firefighter) and then they came out. This may seem minor but this is my BIGGEST gripe. I have had SEVERAL outlets throughout the house that were just not working or that were sparking. I complained to management and they keep saying “covid covid covid” as an excuse to not fix things. Listen, I understand covid is a thing, but if you are going to keep charging FULL RENT without the house being FULLY FUNCTIONAL, I have a problem with it. My Kitchen has only 1 operational outlet on the counter top. So to use other appliances (like a crock pot or icemaker) I literally have to put the microwave on the floor to be able to use the outlet. ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE!! Some of the other problems I’ve mentioned, I’ve called management and they keep using covid as an excuse. Come on man.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
