Nice floorplans, but living room needs an extra window. It is too dark and towing is aggressively enforced which is a huge drawback that there are no guests spots or open parking.

We are very happy living at Pointe Niguel. The townhouse has been recently updated and perfect for what we need. The office staff, and maintenance crew, are easy to communicate with and quick to respond. It's a great dog friendly complex with plenty of green grass and pet stations. The complex is nicely landscaped, and it has a lot of big trees. Quiet, comfortable place!
