Roach Infestation
September 9, 2018Polo Run has a major roach problem. Even management admits to spraying their own personal apartment with "RAID" on a daily basis. If you choose to reside here, I suggest you get home before dark because the roaches swarm the parking lot and walkways. The roaches jump all over your legs on the way to your front door. The management is highly incompetent. They spend more time trapping potential tenants into signing leases, than trapping rats and roaches. Avoid at all costs!Review from Apartments.com

October 1, 2015The landscape is kept up and is clean. Rent is reasonable. Glade that it's a gated community (wish that it was like that all time, gates are program to be open between 8-5). Surrounding neighborhood can be a bit rough sirens are always going off by main street. There is security on sight. Neighbors speak but keep to themselves which is great. Laundry facilities and pool on site. Family friendly.Review from Apartments.com
bugs
August 4, 2015At first this place was good, but about a month into living here bugs came in like water bugs/roaches. we told the office about it and they had it sprayed and since I was pregnant at the time my family and I had to stay out for 24 hours. after the 1st spray more bugs kept coming and in total we had to have the apartment sprayed about 5 more times before the bugs stopped. when our lease was up we moved out of Polo Run and at a good moment too because the bugs came back. this place has traumatized ...me and I am now pretty much afraid to live anywhere because I fear bugs. I don't want to live anywhere where bugs will be coming in all the time with no end. I will not live here again and I will not recommend it to anyone. the 1st apartment me and my husband had was not like this at all nor did I live this way growing up. never had a bug problem until I moved to Polo Run.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
