Quiet, Great Pool, Large Units!

I lived here for a little over 3 years and I loved it. The property is quiet, well maintained and very affordable compared to other complexes in the area. The layout in the two bedroom is awesome and the master bedroom is MASSIVE with a sliding glass door that opens out onto a wrap around patio. There are two patios, three total sliding doors, and our unit stayed very cool in the summer. The building is a little older, so occasionally when I’d be blow drying my hair a fuse would blow, but we ...

never had any real maintenance issues. The kitchens were all recently remodeled but the carpet could use replacing. Overall I loved it there. Assigned parking, never an issue finding street parking, lots of animal lovers and mostly friendly neighbors. Guy and his girlfriend upstairs from me were total jerks, I hope they’ve moved back under whatever rock they crawled out from under. Chip’s family owns the property and he’s great, easy to reach, very reasonable etc. I loved it!
