This is a beautiful prooerty!
September 23, 2020I have lived here almost 6 years.I have made wonderful frriends and sadly have lost some. The management has changed so often it's had to reme Amber their names. We use to have some really nice lunches and parties for pets and just having fun getting together to play bingo or other games. But with the change in management things weren't A fun any more. When we had things break down in our apartments, the staff would always say make a work out a work order and we will take care of it. But that ...didn't happen. Sometimes it would take weeks to a few months. is I'm happy to say I think we have a wonderful management! They listen if you have a problem and will take care of it if not in a day then the next day. They are very knowledgeable and I really feel happy and feel like good times are coming back!!!!! Great place
March 2, 2020I live in Portofino for almost 3 years now and love it.Sparkling pool and jacuzzi,everything clean and a lot of trees,good location. I love apartments floor plan and the fact that it’s always quiet here.Especially I want to admit great job by property management and maintenance stuff. Many Barking Dogs
April 7, 2017The courtyard is more like a dog park. From morning to night, uncontrolled animals bark/fight/snarl at each other. Owners yell at their dogs. Owners fight with each other about their dogs, as I witnessed this morning, again, first hand. Management tries, but there are no consequences for dog owners who break their lease agreement by not controlling their pets. Paying tenants have no rights; only dogs and their owners do. Inside the building hallway, it is like living in a dog kennel much of ...the time, for the reasons noted above. It has gotten worse each year that I've lived here. August 11, 2015Portion Apartments in Henderson Nevada: This is a wonderful place for residents 55 and older. It is VERY quiet, they do everything they can to provide services for the residents, and the maintenance man is quick to fix any problems. In addition they have a WEEKLY food offering where residents can get over half to three fourths of their weekly grocery needs taken care of. How amazing is THAT? They have wonderful bus service, in house hair cuts, exercise room, pool and spa, and even can provide ...individual transportation. The staff is very friendly and they have a service attitude. September 10, 2015Nestled in a park-like setting, Portofino Senior apartments provides a peaceful, friendly and secure environment for the 55 set. This small, 3-building, affordable complex is a terrific little community unto itself, while just a short drive to fantastic shopping, dining and entertainment establishments. The many amenities include the pool with lots of lounge chairs and tables, Jacuzzi, clubhouse with exercise room, lending library and beauty salon, as well as friendly, helpful staff – all ...making day-to-day living stress-free and enjoyable. My 2-bedroom apartment is meticulous, beautifully maintained and energy efficient. Only steps away from the clubhouse and pool, my apartment balcony looks out onto a well-manicured courtyard with mature trees and a wide expanse of grass-lined walkways. A welcome respite from the desert landscape surrounding the community. My secure building feels more like a finely appointed hotel than an apartment building, especially for the price! Covered parking spaces protect cars from excessive heat, and the “pet parking” areas provide a great place to give your puppies some exercise. A wonderful place to call home. The property is well maintained, repairs made in reasonably time. The manager tries very hard to provide us with in-house activities to lift our spirits. August 31, 2015Our complex is one of a kind,courtyard with grass,green plants,we have tenant gardens on each side of complex, may plant what we wish. The complex is serene, peaceful, inspirational, relaxing. park benches thru out. Club house has gym with equipment,big screen TV,pool table. Our staff puts on a big meal one a month for tenants. Birthday Cake monthly Desert Socials and Bake Contest and Deserts, Bingo, Pool Table, Exercise Room, Wifi Fi and Social media room. Book Exchange Library, Senior Food Pantry Weekly. The grounds are park setting with walking paths and a dog park area. The large bonus is that some units have a beautiful view of the Vegas Strip across the Valley.
