Pradera is a God send for those relocating from out of state like myself! Everything on the website was here and the openness of communication from the leasing team made me feel this was the best area to relocate. Well, maintain gated community. I was shocked while looking out of my bedroom widow a person in a golf cart stopping to pick up trash that was blowing in the wind. Who else does that? Thanks for caring.

Community is very nice. We really like our unit and all the community amenities. Management & maintenance staff are friendly, professional and proactive. Neighbors are friendly and community is quiet. The weekly maintenance (lawn care, pest control, trash pick-up) is convenient and appreciated. We're happy to be here while we wait to build/purchase a home.

Gated community, easy access to major highways, plenty of shopping stores close by, lots of eatery places, 20 minutes from La Cantera, Fiesta Texas and 5 minutes from Sea World. Community has pool, gym and conference rooms.
