        The apartment community is good but lacks a maintenance team. So if in case you are renting the apartment, make sure you check everything in the apartment before moving-in and have all fixed otherwise it'll be a pain to resolve/ fix small things.

        Location that is out of the thick of the city, front office is friendly and assists with any issues we've had in a timely matter. Maintenance requests can be placed online and usually gets handled within 48 business hours, and sooner if its an emergency. Costs are good for the quality of the units and service you get.

        Avoid living here!!! Much better apartments for far better pricing and quality. Apartment is not close to many places, have to take toll to get anywhere

        Cheap, poorly constructed apartments that will drive you mad with the level of neighbor noise (assuming you are one of the 2/3 of residents that live with someone above them)

        The professionalism and quality of this property is horrible. It’s like a bandaid is just put on everything. Reviews showed management wasn’t the greatest and there is deffinetly proof in the pudding.

        Do not move here, service is horrible. Management treats you as if you’re below them. Can’t keep a property manager. Renovations were horrible had to make a service ticket for so many issues in a newly renovated apartment.
