Nice interior, not pet friendly, crime
January 2, 2022We love the interior of our apartment, very nice and everything works well. There is crime in the neighborhood, there was bullets shot through the apartment below us a couple weeks ago. Also cars are frequently broke in to And there’s limited parking inside the complex. If you have big dogs, or even dogs that like grass in general, don’t move here. There is ZERO grass inside the complex. The “dog park” is dirt/gravel. There is the trinity trails close by to walk the dogs though. In conclusion, ...If you don’t have dogs, and don’t mind the crime, it’s a nice place to live. Nice community but neighborhood has crime issues
December 9, 2021The community is nice and the apartment itself is good but the crime in the neighborhood is cause for concern. Someone shot bullets into one of the apartments here and police also found a corpse in the river less than a mile away.Property Manager Responded

April 15, 2021I have been here a month now and I love it! Nice and friendly staff also the property is smoke free which is a plus. I love the valet trash pickup and it’s a quiet community. Looking forward to exploring the river east neighborhood.Property Manager Responded
