NOT WORTH IT
March 8, 2024All I’m going to say is this place has gone downhill so much in the 3 years I lived there. The very beginning was lovely but that’s about it. KEEP PROOF OF EVERYTHING THEY SEND OR MAKE YOU SIGN. They absolutely will try to charge you for unnecessary things. This has absolutely become one of the worst complex’s I have ever stayed in solely due to who it’s being run by now and the conditions it stays in. I can’t stress enough how it’s not worth it to live here. There are so many issues with ...communications, maintenance, etc… The list goes on. It’s just not worth it. Save your money and live literally anywhere else.Property Manager Responded

I couldn't ask for a better location, and I love it here!
August 26, 2015The property sits on the edge of a pretty residential area, and is so close to major highways, lots of shopping, and great places to eat! I have really liked living here for 2 years and plan to stay as long as I can. I have good neighbors, lots of parking, and recommend it to everyone. I already referred two of my friends that moved in. With the stress life can bring, serenity at home has been such a blessing.Review from Apartments.com
Good value and convenient location
August 24, 2015Preston Bend is priced very reasonably for the area and is convenient to anywhere in Plano or North Dallas. Maintenance is responsive and apartments are clean and safe, but furnishings are a bit outdated.Review from Apartments.com
