I have lived here for a year and I really have no complaints. - Apartment grounds are kept clean - I feel safe, many of my neighbors have lived here for years - The staff is always so nice and helpful. They even remember your name/apartment (which I like in case of emergency) - The amenities are nice and you really have everything you would need. - Very pet friendly! - The gate works - Great community events/prizes throughout the year

A safe, loving community here!

I recently moved into these apartments the end of this last summer on my own. The first time I walked into the leasing office I was welcomed by a gentleman with high spirits and a genuine smile. I felt like I could ask questions and ask for the help I needed to. It’s the small things! Preston Run also helps with the big things: that same gentleman helped carry BOTH my washer and dryer up three flights of stairs. That was a blessing! The maintenance team is awesome here. My first week here, my ...
roommate and I put in multiple maintenance requests and they were taken care of within 48 hours if not less. When they were taken care of, the guys were always super respectful and offered help/advice elsewhere if I needed it. It was really important for me to find a place where I can feel safe and be friendly to others as a community - you’ll find that here! Preston Run has great amenities as well: a gym, tanning bed, random movie nights, gift giveaways, an office where there are always friendly faces and it’s a gated community as well. Overall very happy with being in the location I am with the people here too. Thanks Preston Run!

The home I always wanted

Me and my roommates are moving out of a terrible situation and had found Preston Run one day. And from that first day, the property manager and leasing manager not only welcomed us with open arms. Not only had confidence and kept calling it our new home but worked off the clock to help us get out of situation. They actually show you the apartment that you will be getting. Basically me and my roommates were losing hope but Preston run gave us the hope and motivation to keep going. I can’t thank ...

Apartments that make you feel like you're living in a resort

My wife and I moved into these apartments about a little over a month ago. We have loved every minute at Preston Run. The apartments themselves are spacious and luxurious. Just look at the pictures they provide! No special lighting or trick angles like some complexes use, which is what we thought at first. Once we took a tour, we were convinced that these apartments were the right ones for us. Wil did an excellent job giving the tour. The property grounds are regularly maintained and a beautiful. ...
Parking has never been an issue, which is rare in most apartments. Even with hundreds of people living within the gated property, there are always spots open no matter what time of day. It’s nice to come home and be able to park right outside your apartment. The onsite gym has most anything you could need to get a complete, heavy workout. The fenced dog park has so much space for our dogs to run around; they certainly don’t have any complaints. These are all things you can see in a tour. The thing that stands out to me the most is just how great the staff treats people. Once you live here, you’ll see it every day. Both Wil and Sylvie have been nothing but genuinely friendly and professional. We are always greeted with a smile by them whether we’re in the club house office or out walking our dogs. They have treated us kindly from the first tour and continue to do so to this day. The response time and turnaround to repair any issue is quick. It’s great to know that good help is just a call or email away. We especially like the fact that they both live at Preston Run. That says something about how special this place is. It also shows how and why they are so passionate about keeping the place running smoothly, because this in their home, too. I can’t say enough good things about this place. I hope this review offers a glimpse of what we get to experience every day at our amazing new place. We love it here!
