November 3, 2017I hate living here! Everything was broken nothing cleaned when I moved in. Absolutely no cabinet space nor cabinets in the bathroom, it’s a sink in the wall much like the dorms. Rooms a very small unless in the long one and the no tacs thing is ridiculous command strips rip the paint straight off the wall. Very thin ceiling I can hear everything the upstairs does. Very slow maintence and parking is ridiculous. They booted my car when i ran inside to get my parking pass and made me pay to take it ...off even though I live on that floorRead MoreReview from Apartments.com
AVOID PRIME PLACE APARTMENTS
May 15, 2017I recently was a tenant at one of the Prime Place locations. After an unsecured table umbrella owned by Prime Place on their property hit my car resulting in needing my rear bumper replaced, Prime Place determined that they are not liable and I should file a claim through my car insurance and pay my deductible myself. The company shows clear patterns of negligence.Review from Apartments.com
