towels from my rug and mattress trying to clean it up! I looked up at the ceiling and I saw the pee dripping through my ceiling. I was at the office in a minute to express my concern. After a while I had to call Aleisha the property manager back because she failed to keep me up to date. She told me she confirmed that the above dog peed on the floor. She told me the tenant above was keeping the dog out of the room until the problem gets fixed which was a lie because I went upstairs to talk to the above neighbor and the dog was in the room. Alesha also told me that the maintenance guy was above working on the floor that same day which was a lie because I asked the maintenance guy after waiting for him for 6 hours to come clean the pee off my ceiling and he said no that he was not upstairs fixing the floor and that is not even his job. So I got lied to a couple times. Alesha made me wait 3 days until the carpet people came to clean my rug. And they cleaned my rug before fixing the problem itself. It took more than 3 days to fix the flooring upstairs and my ceiling wasn’t even looked at to see if it needed patch on my end. If pee comes leaking through my ceiling again I am going to freak out! I would have never guessed in a million years that was even possible. I had many other problems within the first few days of moving in. When I first moved in here the paint was still wet and got on my couch. I had to breathe in those fumes for 3 weeks which gave me a headache. They didn’t allow enough time to let the paint dry. The kitchen sink was leaking underneath too and you could tell the bathroom sink was too die to water damage under the sink. The screen had a whole in it. The toilet paper holder and towel holder in the bathroom fell off the wall. Oh and I can’t forget the filter was still dirty and not replaced before I moved in. This property is not well taken care of at all. It’s dirty and a dump. I’m a very clean person. I thought I moved to Dunedin.
