April 30, 2026My experience at Promenade Place with the staff and my unit itself have been EXCELLENT. Maintenance is superb. AND I like that it is a NO SMOKING facility. While there are a lot or really nice people here, my only complaint is that there are also a lot of "entitled" residents as well: yes, I am talking to the parents who let their children run wild and screaming in the hallways, the guy who sits by the pool with his radio on full blast, the people who feel they do not have to follow the NO ...SMOKING ANYWHERE ON PREMISES rule, and the people who speed through the parking garage or tailgate those who ARE following the speed limit for safety.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

April 30, 2026Overall pleasant. sturdy brick exteriors. Most units have been updated. Others have not and still have the old matted carpet, dated dark granite counter tops, appliances are old. Hallways, while quite wide, have old mediterranean style tiles. Square footage is good, better than some others. Maintenance is reliable, friendly, even if sometimes it takes awhile for them to respond to requests. The takeover of new management was not particularly welcomed.Review from Apartments.com
