      When I initially called to inquire about the properties they manage, the leasing team was nice and friendly. Janae, the leasing assistant manager sent me multiple properties and toured all day with me. She was super friendly and was transparent about the application process. I didn’t move forward due to finding a house, but I will recommend them to others.

      The amount of childish behavior this company exudes is ridiculous. They do NOT reach out to their tenants and almost refuse to do decent maintenance work. I have called this company so many times and leave a message and I get nothing back. I’ve emailed the help desk and get ignored and I can’t even contact our property manager. Do not rent here. DO NOT RENT HERE

      I have lived at a small six unit building managed by North Terrace Properties for three years. In that time, I've been very happy with their service and have really noticed some major improvements since the pandemic started. Their team is very responsive via text (so nice because I don't really want to call an office during the day) and they made their payment portal free so I don't have to mail a check anymore!
