Janae, the leasing assistant manager sent me multiple properties and toured all day with me. She was super friendly and was transparent about the application process. May 1, 2024The amount of childish behavior this company exudes is ridiculous. They do NOT reach out to their tenants and almost refuse to do decent maintenance work. I have called this company so many times and leave a message and I get nothing back. I’ve emailed the help desk and get ignored and I can’t even contact our property manager. Do not rent here. In that time, I've been very happy with their service and have really noticed some major improvements since the pandemic started.
