Good affordable apartment

Love the family feel of the complex. In terms of amenities, there is nothing special. It is an older apartment. No dishwasher or garbage disposal. It is a good apartment building for families on a budget who do not mind children playing and laughing. Close to a park and schools. Management is awesome.

The manager keep the complex clean and the landscape pretty. The owners are very nice and they are extremely helpful. Its really peaceful and I like living here. Its right in the middle of a elementary school, middle school, and high school. Great place for families
