  • Music blasting, loud parties all night

    This building has an unfortunate rooftop terrace where people blast loud music and throw parties at all hours of the night - often until 3-4am. Building security makes no effort to intervene. If you're hoping for somewhere quiet to live, this is likely not the place for you.

  • A Poorly Managed Building — Find Other Options

    This building has changed management three times during the year and a half I’ve been here, and each one has been neglectful of the glaring problems this place has. Some floors here have a roach problem, the laundry room is practically nonexistent as none of the machines work, and there is only one elevator that sometimes works for a 13 floor building, which can break down for days at a time leaving you stranded if you have mobility issues.

    This place is infested with roaches. There is ONE working washer and dryer for the entire building. The “gym” is just random leftover work out equipment folks have left behind and they have completely stopped responding to maintenance requests. Save yourself the trouble!!

    Elevators are breaking constantly, there are roaches, the building entrance is also broken so anyone can get in. Laundry room’s been out of order for months, no mention of fixing the problem by management.

    This place should be shut down. It's full of pests and an insane amount of crime. Security is worse than nonexistent. They're asleep on the job and letting in anyone. People's apartments are being broken into and stealing is rampant. Flooding and water damage are constant. The elevators are broken and residents get stuck in them almost daily.

    Whoever answers the phone there is rude. I called and they got me mixed up with someone they had on hold, put me on hold, then when I finally got a hold of somebody they told me to hold on and hung up. Tried calling 6 times after that and kept getting sent to voicemail.
