It’s an ok apartment at best. There’s worse out there but for the price and the space it isn’t bad. The downsides are that the parking lot is small and cramped so if you have a big truck look elsewhere where and there’s no parking for visitors. The mail situation can be a mess with broken mailboxes so all your mail is blown away on occasion. The upkeep of the laundry room is also a mess. I recently got my own washer and dryer but I passed it the other day and it looked like a small tornado went ...
through it. The staff however are some of the nicest people you can meet and will do their best to help you with the stuff you need.

Great place. Good location with easy access to andrews highway and loop 250 to get anywhere in Midland you want to go. Andrews highway also offers a way to get to Odessa efficiently.

I have been a tenant here going on 9 years. I have enjoyed my stay here. Everyone in the office have been very nice and always are on top of what’s going on in the complex and keeping everyone informed The maintenance mgr Mingo has been great and keeps me informed of any pending maintenance repairs that I may have requested. Overall I just like it here and am pleased living here.

It’s a nice place to live a few tings here and there but other than that I can’t complain. They take care of us and it’s a good area in midland
