January 2, 2026The apartment didn't have critters, which is nice. However, the cabinets and drawers are all falling apart. I've only been here for a few days and we already had an entire shelf fall down, only to realize it wasn't mounted with anything. It was just stuck in there like a lego piece, and we couldn't know that until we'd already put glass pot lids on it. We've already had to file multiple other problems with maintenance (drawers that are supposed to open but don't, missing handles, leaky toilets, ...doors hanging off hinges, electrical issues, rotten wood) and we haven't heard anything back yet. November 30, 2025Its very quiet and the maintenance is fantastic service, amazing help from the office. Very close to work and convenient to close by stores.
