    The location is great and the people who work in the office ( Emily , Sky )and maintenance are great. The only thing We have Issue is the Laundry machine needs to be replaced

    It’s a beautiful apparent, I’m happy to stay here. All employees are very responsible and very nice behavior.when I first came here, I was really happy to see the amenities because all are new. The community is noise free and maintenance is taking care within 24 hours.

    Moving into my new apartment has been a smooth and positive experience overall. From the very beginning, the leasing staff were helpful, responsive, and made the application and move-in process simple. They answered all my questions and ensured I had everything I needed before my move-in date. When I arrived, the apartment was clean, well-maintained, and matched what was advertised. I appreciated the attention to detail—from working appliances to freshly painted walls and a clean carpet/floor. ...
    The welcome packet and instructions provided were also very helpful. The community feels safe and quiet, which was a top priority for me. Neighbors have been friendly so far, and I’ve had no issues with noise or disturbances. Parking was easy to figure out, and I had no trouble unloading and moving in my furniture.

    Change the residents. Do better vetting. People treat this place like trash. Every other day they make something in the community space broken. They smoke weed and make this place smell like marijuana.

    My biggest issue is the noise from my upstairs neighbor. It’s made living here a nightmare and it’s never let up for gotten better even when I’ve addressed it with management many times. The flooring has been an obliterated by the insane level of stomping so I have to wear headphones constantly to try and get some peace and quiet. The place has gone downhill significantly since I moved in, and many of the residents are inconsiderate when it comes to shared living. The water is constantly ...
    being shut off, broken washers never being fixed so they eat your money, packages stolen and missing, and garage door breakdowns where you can’t leave or enter. The problems don’t seem to be getting fixed and the issues are getting worse. I truly regret singing a lease here.

    This place sucks. It’s dirty and there’s always poop smeared on the carpets in the hallway. The washing machines are all broken currently and they constantly shut the water off. Would not recommend.

    Renew Park One is one of the best communities I've lived in since moving to Minnesota. Things get fixed in a timely manner, the pool and club room are well maintained and they often have social events for residents

    I definitely won’t be renewing my lease here. Utilities are wayyy over priced. Trash isn’t a flat fee and you have to pay for other people’s extra trash and furniture they leave. The trash alone can be up to $70 sometimes despite I ever only have to throw about 2-3 trash bags a month. They don’t check if dogs are aggressive before moving in and yesterday my dog was attacked while we were on our way outside. :( Management isn’t great and it’s dirty throughout the complex with literal dog poop in ...
    the carpets that go up the stairs (besides the leasing office area they make sure that’s nice and clean)

    I’ve been living here a year and I haven’t had one complaint at all. Maintenance gets things done right away and the office have been accommodating and helpful. I’ve had a positive experience.

  • Good luck unless you rent from the top floor

    My upstairs neighbor walks with cement feet and the floor boards are shot so it causes so much noise. Constant creaking and constant stomping which means for a constant headache. I wear headphones almost constantly to try and drown it out. Wish they would address the bigger issues at this apartment. Spend your money to enjoy your rent elsewhere.
