Wonderful staff The leasing staff was absolutely amazing and help me with insurance problems but the staff helped me with all the troubles I had and even took over the phone ensure that the problems was fixed.

Good I liked living at redwood. Best apartment we’ve ever been in. Only moved out due to buying a home. Only docking a star because while they look very nice, living there for a year shows it’s not necessarily “well” built. We also had an ant invitation from some mound outside for MONTHS and all they did was lay down little traps we could buy at the store. Didn’t work to say the least. Those are the only two negatives though. Pretty nice overall.
