Best apartment Our couple lived at Redwood Dublin for 2 years until we had to move for our new home. Honestly, hands down it is the best apartment and neighborhood! PJ gets 10 stars for kindness The issue has not been taken care of but PJ gets 10 starts for listening to my story of woooooo! Strong smells of cooking is coming in my master bathroom and bedroom vent starting between 5-6 pm and I can still smell up to 10 pm. Laying in bed the smells drifts down in the face. Bathroom fan can’t take it all out!! My clean clothes in bathroom open closet smelling like cooking. Don’t blame the neighbors as they have to eat but my guess is their vents aren’t ...

taking the smells outside. Maybe not connected to outside vent?? Every night my master bathroom and bedroom smell like Worcestershire sauce ?? and or meat cooking or being fried. Before anyone moved in next door no food smells. Apt empty a month before they moved in… no smells. The college kids that lived there the year before cooked a few times a week and I could smell their food But not every night like now. Okay you get the idea.. not fun my home smelling like the same cooking every night when I’m trying to sleep. Thank you PJ for your sweet kindness in listening to what I was saying but not sure if the neighbors vents were ever checked to see if they are properly vented outside or heating ducts are sealed to keep smells from coming into my apartment. The master bedroom / Bathroom area are the only sections of the apartment affected. Most sincerely, Carol Dotson!! I appreciate Holly, Susan and all the maintenance crew!! They are all top notch and very hard workers.
