Works orders to be completed are processed fast. I love the beautiful trees and landscaping. I feel safe where I live. There is limited parking for visitors and I think the parking lot needs to be repainted to show "Reserved" . The landscapers often skip our area for tree trimming. Some neighbors throw garbage on the ground next to the dumpsters.

Bad experience

I recently moved away from these apartments after living there for years. I had mostly good neighbors, and the rent was affordable. Those are the only good things I have to say about Redwood Park. The management staff will bully you with constant inspections and notices. They like to threaten with $50 noncompliance fees for anything from having children's outdoor toys on your enclosed deck to cleaning up after pets, when you don't even own any. They had an issue with trash bags being put next to ...
public waste bins, instead of inside them, so they started going through the trash to try to find out who was doing that. Not long after, multiple employees quit. I wonder why? They recently made a rule that air conditioners are no longer allowed. However, they have 3 air conditioners in their leasing office and maintenance building. They insist that you immediately report any issues with appliances, leaks, etc, but then come to inspect them and insist that there's nothing wrong. Unsurprisingly, this has led to terrible mold and mildew issues. They also assured me that there was no lead or asbestos when I moved in, but there actually is. After moving out, they tried to stick me with endless fees for things that they never repaired. Fortunately I kept pictures and records. If you ever live here, make sure to put all communication in writing, because they will lie to your face.
