Lovely Place to Live
March 29, 2024I moved into this property and neighborhood in Dec 2022, and even from the initial application Paula (the neighborhood manager) is awesome. Regular maintenance, clean and tidy outside areas, and the property is more than enough for my requirements. Situated 10mins from Perrysburg and also 10 mins from Downtown Toledo is pretty good, and you are never too far from anywhere. I have just renewed my lease again and have enjoyed my time living here thus far. Bonus is, I moved from UK so the Pinata app ...meant that my rent was being reported to my credit report, so it was helping my score every month, plus you get points which i have used so far for Wine, vitamins, electric toothbrush, home insurance and more.Property Manager Responded

Not trustworthy
March 29, 2019A mass email was recently sent out reminding us to clean up after our dogs. There would be a $100 fine for each mess left on the grounds. How about $100 fines for the cigarette butts on my driveway in this "smoke free living" environment? Also received a mass email that management is participating in a retreat and will be unavailable for a day or two. Can I have a retreat from the cigarette smoke in my apartment coming from my next-door neighbor? (Or the smoke on my patio and driveway from ...2 other neighbors.) Yes, you are reading this correctly. 3 units, smoking daily, visible from my unit in a smoke-free environment.
