Awesome place to live. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Redwood Waukee, the only problem was we had to leave to soon! The apartment home was perfect was us because the layout and wider doors and hallways made it really nice for a wheelchair to get through. The location is quiet and close to everything you need. The maintenance of the property was awesome, it always looked so taken care of and was nice to have snow removal on site. Trey the maintenance man on property was always so prompt in ...

I am still living here so I can't be specific on what has happened to me here but it would take an hour to just list everything. Very cheaply built, I had my bathroom door just fall off the toilet seat and lid have little plastic tubes that keep them attched to the toilet and they constantly are falling off and when you sit on it you just about fall on the floor because it isn't attached Once you move in you realize how cheap they are. People are moving out of here in droves. I have 4 around me ...
that are sitting empty because people can't stand it here and the rent is ridiculously high. When you are up for renew they raise your rent 2 to 3 hundred dollars a month. You can go get a new house to rent much nicer than this place. The cubards are very cheap also, and they come into your place costantaly to do this or tham I have never lived anywhere that comes close to this place.
