      • Avoid This Property - Overpriced with Terrible Management

        Overpriced and horrible management with worst appliances that would break all the time. Even the move out fee would always be very high even after you deep clean the apartment.

        I would highly suggest avoid this community. They have major issues with termites which they do pest control but none of it helps. This is the 2nd time in past 6months I have to face this issue. They still charge higher rents for this quality of living. Very unacceptable when you talk to the community manager they say every unit has this problem and they can max help with calling pest control and can't do anything other than that. Top of all this nonsense we have to face they ask us to be ...
        patient. Don't go by their new renovations they are not that great when it comes down to termite problems. Essex should highly consider demolishing this community and built all together a new one or else this problem will continue to be there. Highly disappointed and regret staying here.

      • Accepts pets! Not much else good.

        This is a great place for a dog. Downstairs units have yards in front and back that fido can use. This is about the extent of my good experience. There isn't enough parking, the apartment is roach infested, there are mosquitos everywhere, and the air conditioning doesn't work right. Carpet also feels like it has no padding underneath. First day in the apartment the washing machine wouldn't drain. Called up maintenance, and it was fixed. Second day we noticed roaches in the bathrooms, and that ...
        the sliding door won't lock. Door was fixed, but roaches are an ongoing problem. Third day we noticed that the air conditioner does not turn off unless you do so manually (this is still a problem). Apartments by the street have much smaller yards, and get a lot of street noise from the busy street. The staff has been very nice, but don't move here. We already regret it 2 weeks in.
