This is a great place complex! I love the location and the fact that it’s so close to the mall, restaurants and I-40. The staff is awesome and very friendly, too.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! this place has roaches everywhere and they do tell you at the office they will spray the inside of your apartment for free when you complain enough BUT it doesn't help when you find 5 plus roaches in your apartment a day. They also say that they have breed restrictions but theres probably about 5 plus pits in the neighborhood. They are awful about maintenance requests. IF you want a gym with more than a couple machines... this is not the place for you. You can not beat ...
the price in the area, but for $100 you can go to a complex next door and they do not have these issues. also, you CAN NOT get out of your lease agreement... read the fine print people.

Lease office staff (especially property manager Sylvia) is very, very friendly, helpful and professional. Maintenance staff responds and fixes problems very promptly. Great location (near Cary shopping center and I-40). Lovely layout (inside apartments & outside [beautiful trees, paths, etc.]). Trash is being picked-up outside your front door. Very dog-friendly. Relatively decent price.
