March 7, 2025This is an awesome place to live, love the location. Staff is very friendly, the grounds workers and maintenance guys are awesome. It's always a pleasure seeing them around. February 11, 2025I really wanted to enjoy my time here because I love the view, location and the apartment but there are always issues. The laundry room always has problems, like the card reader not working, people’s clothes being left around, and unpleasant smells. The machines are never clean, and even if you put in a work order, they never get cleaned. I personally have to clean every machine before and after I use it. The water keeps turning off, and there’s a reduction in hot water. The AC system is very ...loud, the elevator frequently has issues—even getting stuck inside.
