I lived there for almost 10 years I did not have a problem. But since one year and half with this new management has been taking over, every thing went bad to worst. manager is terrific even the man who is responsible for cleaning is very terrible. they do not have any respect for guest, there is no customer service at all over there.

I have been renting for over 10 years and never had as many issues as I have in 6 months here. From the day I moved in the cabinets have fallen off, the dishwasher doesn't work, and now my toilet is clogged it is beginning to stink up the apartment work orders take well over a week to be completed when you call they say it's not an emergency. The maintenance men are extremely rude and unprofessional they do not clean up when they're done with their service calls. The staff in the office line and ...

say somebody's coming and when you call to follow up they say over trying but they really just don't care. It's sad that they take advantage of people that have no choice but to living in a cheaper community and exploit them. I wish I would have read the reviews before I moved into this neighborhood it has been a complete nightmare!

Worst place to live anyone can drive in through that gate. The dumpster is alwsys over flowing with trash worst part is the dumpster is located at the front of the complex, the apartments are all infested with roaches. Seems like a nice place on the outside but it sucks , staircase always dirty they need a new property' manage someone who knows exactly what they are doing

This place is absolutely horrible. The buildings are old and rusty. They make the display apartment look fantastic then after you sign your least, your unit does not look the same. My biggest problem is how filthy this place is. The stairs are absolutely gross. If they were a bit more clean and on top of things as far as maintaining the appearance on the outsides, i would be more happy. Before I move to this apartment I had a horrible experience with a previous realtor. I thought I was not going to find people that is down to earth until now. They make it very warm and everyone is welcome. they treat you like a human being. They staffs are team players. They are there for you every step of the way.
