Our apartment was delivered to us in state of disrepair, noted in their own walk through documentation. A crack in the kitchen counter, chips in the flooring, chips and discoloration in bathroom counters. Stuff not noted, they do not have garbage disposals. No window screen on living room window. impossible not chip it. The A/C has been leaking water since we started using it. According to maintenance and management this is "normal" for these units, which are 20+ years old. They come, put a band aid on it, it starts leaking again about 4 weeks later. We spend a large part of the time with a bowl and towels in the hallway. They are small, if you are working from home, with extra furniture, your stuff won't fit. The saving grace is the location, right by Arrowhead Towne Center, dozens of places to eat and shop, close to Peoria Sports Complex and close to the 101.

If you would like to visit with me, the Community Director, my office is always open. We strive to have our homes welcoming upon move-in. While an older community than some of the newly constructed communities nearby, our maintenance team diligently strives to have all appliances in good working order.
