I think the place is real nice, the people here are so nice to me and my wife. Management goes all out to help you, they make us feel at home. My wife and I are renewing our lease.

I moved here six months ago and haven't looked back once. I had to downsize from my previous apartment, but have actually come to like the smaller space. I am retired and live alone and love the comraderie here at RAM. There's only one thing I would change and that is the amount of parking spaces. It's not so I can be close to my building, but rather sometimes just finding one is difficult. People here are friendly and caring and the manager and her assistant are friendly, caring and funny. I have been viewing your apartments and floor plans daily on line for several weeks and drive by the actual site several times a week. I am a single handicapped woman living solely on social security disability. I called a couple of weeks ago and talked to David Perkins who met me the next day to discuss the apartments and met him and Donna again last week to finish paperwork. I am very impressed with the speed he connected with me and the friendliness and information they both provided me ...

with. I was so excited about the 30% bracket they can offer me. The size and layout of the one bedroom apartment will be perfect for me and I feel so fortunate to be getting a brand new, clean place to live. I like the size of the complex, big enough to make friends but not so big as to feel like a stranger. The community room and pool area sound great. I am so anxious to finally see the inside of the complex! I feel sure my apartment will be in the very top ratings. I am scheduled to move into my apartment later next month. My monthly income is very limited and even with the 30% bracket, I will be extremely stretching my budget as I have no retirement or anything extra. I just noticed this Review Offer this morning while I was once again looking at the floor plan and planning for furniture. Free rent for life would be totally awesome and an answer to many prayers.
