Great place to live if you work nearby or go to HCC!
July 29, 2022We needed to relocate closer to my husband's job, closer to an HCC campus for me to attend classes, and to help save money. We lived in the Med Center and it was just too expensive and too far of a commute when we were CONSTANTLY having to come to this side of town for work/etc. This unit we got is way better for my family's needs and is honestly better than our previous apartment. We got a GREAT rental rate here, we're treated with respect and kindness, and we know we're welcome here. We're so ...happy. All the girls in the office are so compassionate and welcoming and really treat you like family. If you want to live somewhere with a great AC system too, live here! Living at Residence at Westchase
September 4, 2020Thank you to the amazing staff at Residence at Westchase! When I stopped by to take a tour I met Jenni. She was very friendly, informative and most of all patient with me! I was apprehensive about moving into an apartment so I came back several times and called even more! Each time she and /or the Property Manager took my calls and answered my questions. Since I’ve moved in the other residences here have also been very friendly and welcoming. The actual apartments are spacious, property is ...peaceful and quiet, always kept clean (thank you maintenance staff), the gates are always locked, two minutes from my job and five minutes from the beltway! It's all because of two reasons: Mrs. Diana, the landlord and Haydee, front office manager. These two ladies made us feel right at home. Their knowedge, professionalism and customer service are the reasons why this complex is ran so successfully. Our cozy one bedroom apartment was the perfect start for a couple fresh out of ...college. Whenever we needed maintenance, they were always very prompt with responding. We were very happy tenants. Love it here! Luxury at a great value!
April 10, 2016I've been here for almost 6 years, and I am so greatful to have found this place. From day one, it felt like home. Its as safe as anywhere worth the price in Houston, and the best price if you"re trying to be close to the Galleria area. The closer in to the loop, the higher the price will be. This was the best location I found after about 5 months or so of searching. Cons are parking, and outside space...there's just not a whole lot of either. But that helps with keeping too many strangers out. ...Pros that stand out the most for me are washer/dryer, quick maintenance response, and the best management staff. Heidey and Diana are amazing! They recently changed management company, but the same leasing managers are here. Oh, and you can set up automatic online payments which I love.
