Terrible & mold
March 20, 2025My 71 year old mom lives in these apartments, they have mold in the walls. The office members is ride and maintenance don't fix anything. A bunch of drug dealers and crackhead roam around. She has been here 6 months and 3 management companies have bought these buildings. Improvements!
June 14, 2022It’s going through some changes. Rent is high but for the amenities they’re hoping to bring new families to enjoy these units. From where they started to now lots of new improvements. So give the location a try and come through to make it your own serenity. Come make it home for yourself or family! Now it’s time to meet these beautiful staff members who are friendly and willing to work with you. Through rent and other changes. These ladies will make you smile and happy. Think positive for great ...energy and attitude. There’s security that patrols and handles any situation. Maintance they continue to do all work orders. NICE, CLEAN AND SAFE!!
April 14, 2018Since the change of management, there has been a welcome change to the living conditions, and the quality of the apartments! It is now a clean, quiet and nice place to live. Avoid at all costs!
September 23, 2015This place was bad before, but after Siegel Suites bought them, it's gotten frightening. Everyone around me is leaving, and I'll be moving once my lease is up in October. It's unsafe, dirty, and management has an attitude. Avoid, avoid, avoid!!Review from Apartments.com
