My 71 year old mom lives in these apartments, they have mold in the walls. The office members is ride and maintenance don't fix anything. A bunch of drug dealers and crackhead roam around. She has been here 6 months and 3 management companies have bought these buildings. With one being worst than the other, rude, rude, rude.

Since the change of management, there has been a welcome change to the living conditions, and the quality of the apartments!
It is now a clean, quiet and nice place to live. The new staff are extremely helpful, and any issues are addressed immediately!
I am happy to live here! It has turned into a real "Community".

This place was bad before, but after Siegel Suites bought them, it's gotten frightening. Everyone around me is leaving, and I'll be moving once my lease is up in October. It's unsafe, dirty, and management has an attitude. Avoid, avoid, avoid!!
