Hallways smell like marijuana office staff won’t do nothing about it. Been going on for 7-8 months and still haven’t had anything done about it. Office staff keeps saying that there’s nothing they can do.

Convenient location. Close to shopping, restaurants , about anything you could need. Office staff are nice. I wish the tenants and property owners would take better care of the place.

Amazing so far. Everything has been quiet as far as neighbors wise. Nice shaded balcony. Wish there was more parking. Other than that the food trucks coming atleast twice a month helps out alot

The leasing agents at the Retreat at Schillinger have been overall very helpful in my move-in and resident experience, if a little hard to get a hold of at times: my move-in was smoothly facilitated, my only “gripe” is not having a clearer picture painted for me about what my first month’s rent would have been prorated to after my $250 credited bond was paid…otherwise the experience has been very good and the community is quite welcoming…copious amounts of dog-bombs cluttering the dirt-walkways ...
not withstanding.

Its been wonderful! Staff is great! Neighbors are friendly. I haven't had much issues. Although, people should leash and clean up after their pets rather than leaving it for maintenance to clean it up. Its just rude. Also, theres a bunch of banana spiders on the doggy bags stand.
