June 8, 2025Retreat at Schillinger is close to almost everything. The gate doesn’t work 99% of the time. Would be nice if corporate would come up with something that worked more than it didn’t work. Main areas of the buildings could be kept cleaner. Office staff are very nice. I would definitely recommend living here.Review from Apartments.com

April 18, 2025It has been good so far… The only main issue right now is our AC is out so it is pretty hot right now… The maintenance guy already told me they are going to fix it within the coming week so hopefully we will have AC soon. April 1, 2025The only downfalls are not all of the amenities that were promoted on the Facebook page when moving in are available. Would have loved the theatre room or clubhouse. Also wish there was a small park for children- there are a lot here but nowhere to play besides the pool.Review from Apartments.com
