Heater not working again, over priced to freeze

Well I’ve been living here for over 5 years and I’m officially done. Actually writing this review while it’s 45 degrees in my apartment again. Rent goes up every lease and that’s fine if every thing is working but unfortunately stuff is falling apart and not getting fixed. Weed smoke is everywhere and bugs are out of control as well. You get charged for pest monthly and they only come out once a year. I could put certain people on blast but I’ll do that once I move out

I have been here over a year. At first I though this apartment complex was great. Until my AC broke and I called emergency maintenance over and over and never received a call back. I was coming home to it being 87 degrees inside and it was stagnate, no air flow. They supposedly “fixed” it when they did start coming around and it wasn’t. Then I started waking up to my walls and floors soaking wet and dripping with water because of how humid it was inside. This went on for 5 months. I didn’t even ...

go to the city and withhold rent, which I should have. I would specifically call and say that my AC was broke and explain the humidity and they would come and check every sink and tub and dishwasher and would say no there’s no leak. Well no really? I didn’t call about a leak. After I had the manager step into my apartment and see how wet and hot it was, only then did they replace my AC UNIT the next day. I had to pay $100+ each month for my apartment for just trying to keep it cool. Now I’m dealing with what feels to me a roach infestation. How would you like it if you’re in the middle of cooking dinner on the stove and you see them coming out of your oven. No thank you. I even asked them to bomb my kitchen and they never did nor did they get back to me about this. If you dNot want to stress or waste money don’t trouble yourself. Just go elsewhere.

We’ve lived here about 6 months, and we love it! The management team is super helpful, they definitely do their best to help you! They spray for bugs every so often, they have a courtesy officer on the property at all times and laundry rooms spread throughout the complex. Every apartment gets covered parking. We honestly love this place. The apartment looks very nice and any issues we’ve ever had were fixed the same day. I highly recommend these apartments!

Not to mention the constant smell of weed from people downstairs !not rent here!!! Disgustingly rude office staff! You constantly feel like your an inconvenience when you call even with a simple question. The property manager is so rude! I've called for maintenance several times over the past couple weeks and still have yet to see one maintenance person come to fix things! This place is a joke! 24 hour maintenance is a joke because God forbid something happen at night esp if your a.c. goes out ...

they claim their staff doesn't work when it gets dark out. Never again! Do not move here oh and if you do make sure to ask to see the apartment they are giving you because mine was disgusting! Broken floors nothing was cleaned even the second time I told them and they has their cleaning people come still nasty and nothing works!

I've lived here for about 3 years now and I love it! Nice and quite neighborhood. Free covered park is a must. Right by literally anything you can think of( stores, schools, library, mall, restaurants, dog park, animal clinic and hospitals). The office staff are awesome and polite. They definitely are a big help and try their best to quickly resolve any issues you may be having. I have recommended most of my friends here and they love it as well. Overall I'm satisfied!!!

These apartments are lovely it's a nice quiet neighborhood the management is great and polite. If you have kids they have a playground that is a good spot to take them too if it's not too hot being in Texas it's almost always hot but on a cool day it's nice. Decent place for the price but wouldn't want to live here more than a year. The pictures show ceiling lights but there are only two small lights in the entry and hallway and in the kitchen. It is very dark even with several lamps. The management team act like they care about issues but they will just send someone out to tinker with your issue and claim it was fixed or that there is nothing they can do about it. I love these apartments. The office employees are very friendly, and any request goes through pretty immediately. The walls are very thick and quite noise resistant and the lay out is very open and spacious. Huge bathroom and walk in closets! Most beautiful apartment I've ever had.
