This specific location has improved since Arium has taken over - it definitely needs more upgrades to the amenities, landscape, and kitchen appliances to be compared to "Arium standards" from previous experience. I like the location, the size of my apartment, the pool area, quiet, friendly neighbors, and clean grounds/parking lots! Mostly pepole I meet are nice friendly and the staff and the maintenance are quite friendly the gym is really nice and clean can't wait for this summer to try out the rest of the clubhouse
