December 15, 2023This place is not another stop on your path of living. This place is a home. You will find features that make live more enjoyable. There are many options that you can pick from. We have been here for eight years. We have seen many managers come and leave. But, this company does employ very reputable people. The maintenance team complete the repair requests on time and do a great job! The Bluetooth laundry system is a plus. No more refillable laundry cards here! Best place ever

River Ridge- Burnsville
April 17, 2020My husband and I enjoyed living at River Ridge for the most part and decided to move due to location of our work. The office was always very kind and helpful. The maintenance was very prompt as well. Fees for laundry and rent went up after our second year. However, we came in on a special and only paid $100 to secure our apartment. Some issues were that it was pretty loud with families around the building and loud music. In our second year, we had a person smoking frequently out his patio door ...making it difficult to open our windows during the summer to save on energy costs. No one seemed to enforce the smoking policy during that time. Otherwise, it was a good place to live while we saved for a new place.Property Manager Responded
