The absolute worst

If I could give river ridge management and their apartments zero stars I would. Absolutely the worst place to rent, mold in the apartments, smells like mildew, and cat and dog urine when you move in, no maintenance at all to paint walls before a new tenant moves in. When you move out they blame you for damages you never did (and have proof of) but still charge you for it! Just the absolute worst. A complete headache. It’s no wonder people move in those apartments by mistake and move right back ...

Poor maintenance, theft, lots of road noise and sirens, parking problems, snow not plowed for days, walls like paper so you can hear everything. Raising rents constantly. This place is Not worth it!
