Lachic the manager is absolutely amazing, she always goes above and beyond. The community here at Rivera is so refreshing and such a nice place to live, so well kept! Maintenance staff Jerry is the nicest, they always get to work orders so fast! Literally have nothing bad to say about the apartments here. Dog friendly! Kid friendly, love to see all the kids outside playing on the basketball court. I feel safe here, I love it.

I have been here a little over 2 years and really like it. the manager Lachic is the best she always takes care of any concerns I may have. she makes this complex fun and inviting by hosting monthly events which I think is pretty cool gives you a chance to mingle with neighbors etc. we have an awesome maintenance man Jerry who just as LaChic is very quick to take care of any concerns I have inside my apartment.

Rivera Aparmets are widely recommended. It is lived with great tranquility, it is a very safe place, the apartments are very comfortable, modern, spacious and really beautiful. I have always loved its gardens and its surroundings. Miss. Robinson is a very competent Manager and any situation is attended to by her immediately with great kindness and professionalism. Mr Jerry in the same way. I have lived here for many years.

Don’t know how the property has such good ratings when there are multiple problems here. Nothing gets fixed correctly. The manager is no where to be found when needed and they take days to fix things that broke because they don’t maintain anything. The manager is very rude. All the previous reviews saying she’s soooooo great were probably written by her. Moving out of here ASAP.

First of all, the Rivera is a nice, quiet apartment complex with lots of trees, multiple jacuzzis, and a huge pool that's almost always empty. The new apartments come with nice carpet and stainless steel appliances. Additionally, the neighbors have been respectful and welcoming. However, I am writing this review because the property manager, Lachic, is incredible. Very friendly and knows the residents by name. She is almost always available in the office and happy to help. For example, when my AC ...
broke, she immediately sent the on-site repair man to assess the problem. Since this was in the afternoon, the maintenance man returned back promptly the next morning and fixed it within 15 minutes. To compensate our AC overnight, Lachic even called to offer portable AC units. Furthermore, Lachic makes the complex feel like a home with frequently held community events. I would highly recommend this apartment complex to anybody.

Roaches

Current resident in the process of moving out. The on-site manager is nice (hence the extra star) but I have lived here for 5 months, and have had to deal with cockroaches for 5 months. My partner and I had never had roaches prior. An electrician and our neighbors have confirmed the roaches are in the walls and management comes to spray when you report a roach....and that's it. Twice they've done mass spraying, even though it did not work the first time (nor the second time). They use the same ...
pest control company despite the continuing issues with the pests and they refuse to tent the building, despite all other methods failing. We don't want to break out lease, we don't want to have to move, we just want a home without roaches crawling all over our dishes. We had to buy air tight containers for all of our dry goods, dishes, and non-refrigerated produce. When we move, we will no doubt have to have our belongings treated to avoid carrying the roaches with us. When we asked the management company to please either move us to a roach free building, or at least let us out of our lease, they flat out refused, saying they couldn't guarantee that another building wouldn't also have roaches (THIS IS YOUR BIGGEST RED FLAG).
To say this has caused us stress, expense, and no amount of frustration is to put it mildly. For the price you are charged, the quality is not there, and you will have freeloading roommates: the roaches.
