Riverbend is a nice subdivision that gives you opportunity to live in a home without the stress of purchasing one. The cleanliness and peacefulness of the neighborhood is also wonderful. I am very happy with my choice to move here and ai really wish I will be picked as the lucky winner.
A Family Oriented Neighborhood

This has to be one of the best homes I have lived in. The home came fully equipped with washer and dryer. The move in process was very smooth. We did not have a waiting period for our home. On move in day we had new paint and carpet. It's family oriented. The neighborhood have a safe playground for our small children to play on. Neighborhood always look well kept. Trash up and grass cut. If I had to recommend this home I would a thousand times. It's fit for a family or a bachelor.

I just moved in to silverleaf subdivision it's a beautiful home and very quiet the neighbors are really nice the manager of the place is really nice and helpful and the maintence guy is good at fixing things that needs to be done me and my family are very pleased living here and glad we can call this place home

I love Riverbend subdivision!!! This is the best move I've ever made the office staff is so friendly and very helpful. .the maintance department is very fast and kind..the neighborhood is very quiet and my kids love the playground!!!!
