I was going to Move in had my keys and everything got in the unit and found living roaches. I had to turn my keys back in. Thankfully the office worked everyhing out with me

Very happy here

Just moved in and so far everything is really good. Great location and the people that work here actually seem like they care. The leasing team was so much easier to work with than previous places I’ve looked at. They were nice and professional and made the whole application process pretty painless. Overall, I’m impressed with this place.

Utities are NOT INCLUDED. You pay $15 for water.$$42 for Sewer & $21 for Rubbish. Also monthly you pay Pest control which is $4 and $2 Billing Admin fee. NES BILL EXTREMELY HIGH due to poor Door, Windows and Patio door NOT having ANY weather stripp or insulation

A great place in the area

Rivergate Meadows is a nice, quiet place to live. The apartments are in the process of being updated. Any issues that you may experience are always taken care of either by the maintenance team or front office staff. This team is really striving to make Rivergate Meadows the best place you would live in this area. I have lived here for 2 years and have had no issues with feeling safe at all.

These apartments need a face lift ASAP! They charge high price but offer very little. When something breaks down the maintenance staff tries to sneak in old appliances like you don't know. Why pay High price for low standard of living? Oh but the front office looks lovely! It's even been renevated. I've been here for a few years now and the maintenance staff is incompetent probably due to the high turnover rate. The only staff member I would say that's actually friendly is Kimberly. She always ...

They used to fix maintenance requests the same day but now it takes over 2 weeks for them to even look at your problem and that's if you ask what is going on, if you don't ask they forget all about you! No courtesy call from office either, quite sad actually. Here it is August 10 and the pool is NOT open! Recently there has been a couple break ins and someone was caught trying to break into a vehicle at 3 a.m. I'm not happy here anymore and I wish I had the money to break my lease and move. The only positive thing I can really say about the complex is the grounds are kept clean.
