July 22, 2022Stay away,trash doesn't get picked up for two weeks so it sits there. My place leaks water, toilet won't flush, management won't do anything about. Disgusting. They do not have a manager on site. What a joke.Review from Apartments.com
Can’t Wait to Move Out
August 13, 2020If you can avoid River’s Edge, run. We have had nothing but problems since we moved in here in 2018. First red flag, should have been when our brand new home wasn’t ready and was being stalled for approval. It just went downhill since. Maintenance is an absolute joke, and so are the office staff. They don’t care about you or your home, just your money. Our floor has been sinking in for months in multiple places & they said it isn’t an emergency fix. Our walls are dripping in nicotine since our ...first shower in the home & neither my husband or myself smoke. Very poor management and maintenance
April 16, 2020What is advertised is not what you will get! They can't even get homes that size. The manager is a bully. Maintenance is never there to assist you, even though I pay this rent. I have Video and Photos to prove my case with the leaks, broken steps, and my not being able to use my kitchen sink for months. The office workers shouldn't be in customer service due to not understanding simple instructions and never speaking to you like you are an adult. They lie. They disregard your concerns and ...never call you back. The water never works. They enforce rules when it benefits them. They find a way to remind you of the rent payment, but can not tend to the hardworking, rent paying tenants.
