Duaa did an amazing job handling the process. She made sure we understood all the in and outs as well as getting us a really sweet deal. The approval process was swift and easy. Th apartments themselves are well taken care of and spacious. Can’t wait to call this home!

Only good point is the affordability. Not sure where that will head moving forward. No amenities, (took me multiple calls to get the washer fixed), dated units, and not a lick of modernization or upkeep in the 3 years Ive been here.
The building that houses the leasing office and on site management is tenfold nicer than the rest of the property. Neglect everywhere else.
Graffiti was on one of the doors, the complex decided to use some sort cleaning agent instead of replacing the door. Looks ...
absolutely horrendous and still noticeable.
Im told maintenance will reliably vacuum hallways and common areas, same crumbs and trash in the same spots for weeks on end.
Windows/Doorwalls are all most likely original and needs replacements. Units are POORLY insulated. Constant drafts.

I have lived here for 3 years. I absolutely love it. The couple that manages the place are super nice. And very quick on getting things fixed if needed. It is very quiet and very clean. Spacious and lots of storage!!!!!
Extremely affordable and great quality. If I wasn't expanding my family I would live here for as long as I can. Washington Place is the best place I have ever lived at. I would highly recommend this place to anyone

I been living there for 5 years and its a great place to live management and maintenance are the best. The apartments themselves are very nice and a nice size. The location for me is very convenient. I do and would let everyone know about where i live and tell them to come on to good living place.
