December 21, 20195 years living there and when I moved out they took almost $600 from my deposit for some non-sense fees. I cleaned the carpet with a machine and they charged me for carpet cleaning. They removed the carpet completely in one of the rooms and left the room empty for a few days and didn’t even offer to put us at a hotel or anything. They never changed much in the apartment in 6 years but new toilets. Garbage disposal wouldn’t properly work for 5 years until they changed it. They charged a $250 for ...apartment cleaning even though I left it clean. Charged me $45 for removal of closet shelving which was already there when I moved in and I can’t find the pictures from 6 years ago so I can’t prove it. Replace a screen door handle they charged me $40!!! And few other non sense fees. Be aware of this place. They will rob you when you move out. Old building that always leaks from pipes on the cars from the parking garage. Oh yea also TWO of our cars have been stolen from the garage and my bicycle. World Changers retreat above heartfelt Valley Village.
August 3, 2015First apartment I've ever been in with an INDOOR HEATED POOL. This apartment complex is nestled in the well known Valley Village area of North Hollywood. Organic cafes and shops are in walking distance. Near 101 and 170 freeways. Best neighborhood to bike around. 24hr fitness a warriors jog away. Also a mile away from the Valley Plaza 6 (Watch new releases for $1.50!). I'm saying this complex is for world changers because most of the residents are in the industry- And as long as your not crazy ...or working on some nefarious plot to conquer the world you'll fit right in... with your fellow space cadets :) The apartments boasts 2 large bedrooms with a total sq. footage of about 800 sq. ft. That space is vital since, lets face it. No one will get the energy to save the world while feeling cramped at home! Each bedroom has it's own bathroom, closet and storage areas. Balconies bring you above it all to see sunsets you never known you've missed. Also the quality of the air out here is superb. After a nights rest up here you'll feel like you're getting real air quality for the first time. The complex also has an onsite laundromat, tandem parking and wide open street parking. This may be the first complex you can actually invite friends to and have them all feel forced to take an Uber there.
