Horrible place to live!!!!!
May 2, 2018Very poor customer service. Management sucks! Constantly losing things. Take forever to fix anything, usually have to ask multiple times. Do nothing about noise complaints. I would rather live in my car.Review from Apartments.com
Worst rental experience ever in the U.S.
February 27, 2018I have lived at this complex for over 3 years. Things were relatively fine until JCM LLC took over. I'm over 50 and have always been a renter. This rental agent is by far the rudest , most unorganized and vindictive rental agent I've ever come across in my lifetime. This includes overseas, because I am prior enlisted Air Force. Other people that I talk to who are moving within the complex get much less consideration than new tenants and are also being treated disrespectfully. Also , my friend ...who lives in another JCM property says not to complain to them because you will experience some type of retaliation from the office and it's not worth the chance. So, unless you absolutely have no where else to go, don't make yourself or your family miserable by signing a lease here. You deserve much better.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Change Leasing Agent
January 31, 2017Leasing agent aided a person I tried to get on the lease to rent my spare room. Should have cleared her before but didn't give the manager the right to willingly give a person not on my lease information and ammunition to take o er my apartment of five years. I had talked,laughed with her and been very transparent. She sabotaged my attempts to get the person out and told me not to contact the corporate office to let them know but she told them. She felt story for this woman because she was ...homeless but didn't care if I was.
